feat(core): allow to provide multiple default testing modules (#15054)

This can be used to e.g. add the NoopAnimationsModule by default:

```
TestBed.initTestEnvironment([
  BrowserDynamicTestingModule,
  NoopAnimationsModule
], platformBrowserDynamicTesting());
```
