refactor(core): Move LifeCycle functionality into ApplicationRef.

BREAKING CHANGE:

Before: constructor(@Inject(LifeCycle) lifecycle) { lifecycle.tick(); }
After: constructor(@Inject(ApplicationRef) appRef) { appRef.tick(); }

Closes #5008
