refactor: make bindings/directives names consistent

BREAKING CHANGE

- `routerDirectives` => `ROUTER_DIRECTIVES`
- `routerInjectables` => `ROUTER_BINDINGS`
- `ELEMENT_PROBE_CONFIG` => `ELEMENT_PROBE_BINDINGS`
