Previously the instructions were included in the golden files to monitor the frequency and rate of
the instruction API changes for the purpose of understanding the stability of this API (as it was
considered for becoming a public API and deployed to npm via generated code).
This experiment has confirmed that the instruction API is not stable enough to be used as public
API. We've since also came up with an alternative plan to compile libraries with the Ivy compiler
for npm deployment and this plan does not rely on making Ivy instructions public.
For these reasons, I'm removing the instructions from the golden files as it's no longer important
to track them.
The are three instructions that are still being included: `ɵɵdefineInjectable`, `ɵɵinject`, and
`ɵɵInjectableDef`.
These instructions are already generated by the VE compiler to support tree-shakable providers, and
code depending on these instructions is already deployed to npm. For this reason we need to treat
them as public api.
This change also reduces the code review overhead, because changes to public api golden files now
require multiple approvals.

In v9, we started showing a console warning when
instantiating a token that inherited its @Injectable
decorator rather than providing its own. This warning
said that the pattern would become an error in v10.
However, we have decided to wait until at least v11
to throw in this case, so this commit updates the
warning to be less prescriptive about the exact
version when the pattern will no longer be supported.

When we log DI errors we get the name of the provider via `SomeClass.name`. In IE functions that inherit from other functions don't have their own `name`, but they take the `name` from the lowest parent in the chain, before `Function`. I've added some changes to fall back to parsing out the function name from the function's string form.

The way definitions are added in JIT mode is through `Object.defineProperty`, but the problem is that in IE10 properties defined through `defineProperty` won't be inherited which means that inheriting injectable definitions no longer works. These changes add a workaround only for JIT mode where we define a fallback method for retrieving the definition. This isn't ideal, but it should only be required until v10 where we'll no longer support inheriting injectable definitions from undecorated classes.

The `ngInjectableDef` property was renamed to `ɵprov`, but core must
still support both because there are published libraries that use the
older term.
We are only interested in such properties that are defined directly on
the type being injected, not on base classes. So there is a check that
the defintion is specifically for the given type.
Previously if you tried to inject a class that had `ngInjectableDef` but
also inherited `ɵprov` then the check would fail on the `ɵprov` property
and never even try the `ngInjectableDef` property resulting in a failed
injection.
This commit fixes this by attempting to find each of the properties
independently.

(which most apps have turned off) and are thus size-sensitive.

Factory functions written by the compiler optionally allow an explicit type
to be passed. If called with this type, an instance of the given type will
be created instead of the type for which the factory was generated. This is
used to power inheritance of Angular types, as if the constructor of a class
is inherited from its superclass, then the factory function of the
superclass must be used (it has all the DI info) to construct an instance of
the derived class.
This commit adjusts typings in a few places to allow factory functions to be
called with this extra type parameter.

In older browsers such as IE10, inheritance of static properties on class
types is implemented by copying the properties. This makes hasOwnProperty
unreliable for checking if a static property is defined directly on a class
or is inherited. This causes problems when trying to read the
ngInjectableDef properties of inherited services, as in IE10 even inherited
definitions will appear to be local.
Instead, the 'token' property on ngInjectableDef can be leveraged to detect
when a definition is read which doesn't belong to the type itself.

The compiler generates a 'token' field when it emits an ngInjectableDef,
but this field was not required by defineInjectable or the InjectableDef
interface, nor was it added by InjectionToken.
This commit makes 'token' required and adds it where missing.

There is an encoding issue with using delta `Δ`, where the browser will attempt to detect the file encoding if the character set is not explicitly declared on a `<script/>` tag, and Chrome will find the `Δ` character and decide it is window-1252 encoding, which misinterprets the `Δ` character to be some other character that is not a valid JS identifier character

In View engine it is possible to instantiate a service that that has no
`@Injectable` decorator as long as it satisfies one of:
1) It has no dependencies and so a constructor with no parameters.
This is already supported in Ivy.
2) It has no constructor of its own and sub-classes a service which has
dependencies but has its own `@Injectable` decorator. This second
scenario was broken in Ivy.
In Ivy, previous to this commit, if a class to be instantiated did not have
its own `@Injectable` decorator and did not provide a constructor of
its own, then it would be created using `new` with no arguments -
i.e. falling back to the first scenario.
After this commit Ivy correctly uses the `ngInjectableDef` inherited
from the super-class to provide the `factory` for instantiating the
sub-class.
