7dbc103cbe fix(upgrade): improve downgrading-related error messages (#26217)
Make the error messages thrown when instantiating downgraded components,
injectables and modules more descriptive and actionable, also taking
into account incorrect use of the `downgradedModule` field.

93837e9545 feat(upgrade): support downgrading multiple modules (#26217)
Currently, calling `downgradeModule()` more than once is not supported.
If one wants to downgrade multiple Angular modules, they can create a
"super-module" that imports all the rest and downgrade that.

This commit adds support for downgrading multiple Angular modules. If
multiple modules are downgraded, then one must explicitly specify the
downgraded module that each downgraded component or injectable belongs
to, when calling `downgradeComponent()` and `downgradeInjectable()`
respectively.

No modification is needed (i.e. there is no need to specify a module for
downgraded components and injectables), if an app is not using
`downgradeModule()` or if there is only one downgraded Angular module.

c95437f15d build(bazel): Turning on strictPropertyInitialization for Angular. (#24572)
All errors for existing fields have been detected and suppressed with a
`!` assertion.

Issue/24571 is tracking proper clean up of those instances.

One-line change required in ivy/compilation.ts, because it appears that
the new syntax causes tsickle emitted node to no longer track their
original sourceFiles.

fcadbf4bf6 perf: switch angular to use StaticInjector instead of ReflectiveInjector
This change allows ReflectiveInjector to be tree shaken resulting
in not needed Reflect polyfil and smaller bundles.

Code savings for HelloWorld using Closure:

Reflective: bundle.js:  105,864(34,190 gzip)
    Static: bundle.js:  154,889(33,555 gzip)
                            645( 2%)

BREAKING CHANGE:

`platformXXXX()` no longer accepts providers which depend on reflection.
Specifically the method signature when from `Provider[]` to
`StaticProvider[]`.

Example:
Before:
```
[
  MyClass,
  {provide: ClassA, useClass: SubClassA}
]
```

After:
```
[
  {provide: MyClass, deps: [Dep1,...]},
  {provide: ClassA, useClass: SubClassA, deps: [Dep1,...]}
]
```

NOTE: This only applies to platform creation and providers for the JIT
compiler. It does not apply to `@Compotent` or `@NgModule` provides
declarations.

Benchpress note: Previously Benchpress also supported reflective
provides, which now require static providers.

DEPRECATION:

- `ReflectiveInjector` is now deprecated as it will be remove. Use
  `Injector.create` as a replacement.

11db3bd85e fix(upgrade): bring the dynamic version closer to the static one
(#17971)

This commit changes the dynamic version of ngUpgrade to use `UpgradeHelper`,
thus bringing its behavior (wrt upgraded components) much closer to
`upgrade/static`. Fixes/features include:

- Fix template compilation: Now takes place in the correct DOM context, instead
  of in a detached node (thus has access to required ancestors etc).
- Fix support for the `$onInit()` lifecycle hook.
- Fix single-slot transclusion (including optional transclusion and fallback
  content).
- Add support for multi-slot transclusion (inclusing optional slots and fallback
  content).
- Add support for binding required controllers to the directive's controller
  (and make the `require` behavior more consistent with AngularJS).
- Add support for pre-/post-linking functions.

(This also ports the fixes from #16627 to the dynamic version.)
