64770571b2 perf: don't create holey arrays (#32155) 
Don't use `Array` constructor with the size value (ex. `new Array(5)`) - this will create a `HOLEY_ELEMENTS` array (even if this array is filled in later on!);

ebffde7143 build: update to rules_typescript 0.25.1 (#28625)

41c8c30973 chore(lint): remove unused imports (#11923) 
This was done automatically by tslint, which can now fix issues it finds.
The fixer is still pending in PR https://github.com/palantir/tslint/pull/1568
Also I have a local bugfix for https://github.com/palantir/tslint/issues/1569
which causes too many imports to be deleted.

df4c0a3d1f refactor(benchmarks): align tree benchmark with largetable benchmark 
- add ng2_switch benchmark to track `ngFor` over `ngSwitch`
- measure create only, createDestroy and update
- simplify the created dom
- always add a style binding
