Tobias Bosch 2f7492c986 refactor(compiler): remove unneeded fields from metadata
Removes `CompileIdentifierMetadata.name` / `.moduleUrl`,
as well as `CompileTypeMetadata.name / moduleUrl` and
`CompileFactoryMetadata.name / moduleUrl`.
